We're already in it to an extent. It's not just Bush it was many presidents before him too. Have you seen Police State, Police State 2000 or Police State 3 - Total Enslavement? They lay out the advance pretty clearly.

Re: Good vs. Evil…according to a geek

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I had to share this post on Facebook. Every human has a scapegoat, a whipping boy, that they turn to to explain the unexplainable and to make sense of complexities. Racism is another cultural institution used to manage internal feelings of anxiety and is sadly with us for the long haul.

Re: When social networks are one-way streets

"Social networks, for me, are one-way streets. I try to make my voice heard above the chatter about the latest service, the newest shiny gadget. But my input is of little value. They know I’m not one of them. I’m an interested voyeur, a watcher, a listener. I’m a simple techno-priest among the internet gods. My understanding is far below theirs."

You have stated perfectly here what I've often thought of my own participation in these forums and networks. Although, I think I'm even further removed from things. There's nothing wrong with hanging out on the sidelines, though. Heck, the guys on a bench who never play in the game still get paid for sitting on the sidelines with a clipboard, right? :-D

Re: Are we preparing for martial law?

Sorry. If you haven't you could. This is a plainly a movie by Bush to make a move to stay president by staging another terrorist act oh, just like 9-11 I am sorry to say this, but it is really feeble to believe that Bush cares about the american people at all.

Re: Local Idiot To Post Comment On Internet

hey, i resemble that, hehe.

Re: J.C. Tests should be created to attempt to falsify, not just support a hypothesis. One problem with religious claims is that's all they are, claims. They can't be falsified. That doesn't necessarily make them wrong, it just means it's not possible to prove them wrong.

Fortunately they're also irrational bollocks, so that's sufficient to ridicule them.

Re: Do not push the Red Button

lol I think I just went mad :)

Re: “You can’t prove god doesn’t exist”

I like this succinct, calling bullshit approach.

Re: Red sky at night

I am so glad I thought to check here for an update as I have been worried about you.

Re: Low man with totem pole

Congrats Jeber, it sounds like you happened acrossed a great company!!

Re: If you own a D-Link product…

Nice blog.

Good luck on the new job.
